Cream Line Milk ...
Our Cream Line Milk is the green cap milk. It has not been homogenized, so it will have cream that rises to the top. It is left in the most natural state it can be (other than being pasteurized). In order to mix the cream back into the milk, you just need to shake will before pouring.
Homogenized Whole Milk...
Homogenization is a process that breaks up the fat molecules down to a size that allows the fat to stay distributed throughout the milk without rising to the top. This process makes it convenient to use and easy to drink.
Our homogenized whole milk is in the red cap.
Reduced Fat Milk ...
The Blue Cap is our Reduced Fat Milk. It is 2% milk.
Low Fat Milk ...
The Gray Cap is our Low Fat Milk. It is 1% milk.
Our low fat milk is not made with reconstituted milk. We make ours naturally! We just separate the cream from the milk. This leaves more of the good non-fat solids in our milk giving the milk a whiter appearance, and a fresher taste.
Flavored Milk ...
All of our flavored milks are made with whole or reduced fat milk. We add the highest quality of flavoring to create a delicate, wholesome drink.
We make Chocolate, Peaches & Cream, Strawberry, Root beer, Cotton Candy, and Eggnog.
